Hot Jazz Preservation in Spring Mill State Park

7pm at Spring Mill State Park's Nature Center Back Porch in Mitchell, IN. Part of the Arts in the Parks and Historic Sites program of the Indiana Arts Commission and Department of Natural Resources. on Friday, June 15 at 7:00pm. Free with paid entry to the Park. Instruments include a washtub bass, and Hoosier Hot Shot style washboard. The set list highlights the park's history from the hot jazz and gilded age eras, to some good old-fashioned Americana. This activity made possible in part by the Indiana Arts Commission and National Endowment for the Arts.
